Total Body Yoga works at taking away stress
Peggy Grabbe started taking yoga classes at Total Body Yoga in Mundelein about 13 months ago to help alleviate pain caused by a bulging disc in her back and to relieve stress. She and her husband, Bob, now go to yoga classes several times a week -- and she finds that much of her back pain and stress is gone. "We both had very stressful jobs," said Grabbe, a Grayslake resident.
